Add by serial or registration number
Enter numbers in any USPTO format (87309344, 87/309,344 or 5,265,767), separated by spaces, commas or new lines. Slashes and commas are stripped before the numbers are stored. Eight digits is read as a serial number, seven or fewer as a registration number.
Other ways to add marks: copy rows in Excel and paste into any blank row (include the header row and columns are matched by name), or use Paste rows from Excel. A row only needs a registration date; if you paste the existing Event and Next Event Date columns instead, the registration date is worked out from them. Update recalculates every registered mark's Section 8, 15 and 9 deadlines that open within the look-ahead window and saves. Green means the filing window is open now; amber means within 90 days. Filings: Refresh all from TSDR reads each mark's prosecution history. A Section 8, 15 or 9 filing received inside a window replaces that window with one Filed line (blue until the USPTO accepts it, then green), and the next deadline moves on. Use Mark filed for a filing TSDR doesn't show yet. For intent-to-use applications the Statement of Use deadline is worked out from the Notice of Allowance and the extensions granted. Other rows with no registration date keep the events you type in. Click a serial number to open its TSDR status page.
